Lit Nutrition is such a fun family friendly environment that is also pet friendly, the owners were really nice and they answered all my questions with it being my first time there it really felt like a second home. I highly recommend you come out and see them. Just ask for Cynthia Josh Jerry or chelsea.Kid-friendliness: Just like pets children are also welcome
I tried the Cold Brew Shake today and am very pleased with the taste and texture. Stop by LIT Nutrition and try one of their unique products. I will certainly be back!Dietary restrictions: I like that the protein is soy based.
