The host was no where to be found for the first 15mins of our arrival, waited at the hostess stand and finally a server found them and had us started. Then, our server was nowhere to be found for the last 30/45mins after our meal was served. Waited for our bill, then ended up having to go inside and find a different server to close out. Slightly embarrassed especially for a 5 star hotel
Such an incredible experience! We went Sunday night for some appetizers and were very lucky to have the server Ashley. She attended to each one of our requests and questions with no problem and was a pleasure to chat with! She checked in with us without being too persistent and made sure everything was up to our standards. This is one of those places where you are definitely paying for the atmosphere. We had four different dishes at our table and the portions are very small and everyone left wanting a little bit more.
