Went to this location after work and the door says 5am is when they open the lobby”it was 6:30am” and it was locked and was told to go through the drive through, I’m like nah, please fix your hours or something

Why is it ok for the employees to get fresh, hot fries but not the customers ?. If a customer asks for hot fries, customers get a hot attitude, and you don't want cold fries, but because I am a customer, I should welcome cold fries and don't complain,
