I met up with girlfriend and I had the fried green tomatoes with pimento and pork belly, it was very good. I also had the biscuit with sausage gravy and fried chicken, it was just okay. It was a lot of food and could not finish.
Excellent food and staff. Braised beef ribs best ever. Went back to Noble Crust in March. Much to my surprise the menu changed dramatically, and in my opinion not for the better. Menu eliminated the beef ribs, only have 2 pasta selections and pizza. They added 4 different fried chicken selections, biscuits and gravy. They lost the Italian flair when they removed many pasta choices. Basically pizza is remains untouched. I will not be going back to Noble Crust. If you enjoy fried...read full review

My hubby and I have been living in the Carrollwood Villages for a month now and we have had 3 phenomenal experiences at Noble Crust. Bridget took our ToGo order, and she knocked it out the park. We sat at the bar with Brett and Gabby. Then today, for brunch, we had the pleasure of being served by Darian. Josh the manager was nice enough to hear us gush about our experience. All 3 experiences were top notch and we are excited about our next visit. Thank you for having amazing service.
