Nicole's customer service is superb! She's a great example of what's more needed in any industry these days. I bought a personal pan pizza and BBQ bone-in wings for my daughter and they were both delicious!
So originally I ordered a pizza on Monday at the same store and had it delivered to me at my job. We were going to pay cash for our pizza but we ended up deciding we were going to put it on a cart so I called the store and paid for it over the phone on Monday And the girl brought the pizza. They didn’t tell her that we paid for it over the phone so she came in. She was expecting money. We ended up coming back to the store and they told her that we paid so she left a pizza the whole time she was waiting for them to tell her what to do it to pizza. She was swinging around her pizza and her back so when it came to the store on Wednesday to get a pizza that I was purchasing for my kids I spoke to the manager, showed her the picture of the pizza told her how it was all swung around in the bag and he was all folded over and she was like what am I looking at I’m sorry you’re looking at my food. It doesn’t look presentable to anybody to eat and then had the audacity to be like oh what do you want me to do about that really I said don’t worry about it. I’ll go ahead and fill out the form you gotta worry about it. She told me you go ahead and do that and then ran away from me. My dash still had to pick up my order. I had to call her back to bring me my food and then at that point, she was had the audacity to tell me I was being rude to her .

I order from here all the time and never had any issues until tonight. Ordered a pizza melt, they sent me the wrong one so I called and instantly Ashley the manager was rude. With attitude she tells me the only way I can get my correctly made melt is if I give the other one back(which I have no problem doing). After the second one is sent out WRONG AGAIN!! She proceeded to be even more rude, refuses to give me my money back and talks to me like I'm a child!! I will not be going back here until she is gone!!
