Coming from the service industry I never like to complain but I had to leave on comment since I have had multiple issues when ordering here. In the last two months I have gone to this store 3 times and overall I am not happy. On a positive note there was a very sweet woman with black braids highlighted in red but everything else has been unsatisfactory. Shout out to Wendy Tucker she needs a big boy raise. Even though it was a simple mistake on my order. Upon pick up she had already fixed the issue and gave me options for solution. I love that she was proactive to fix the issue and also genuine with apology. Every time I get my lunch the staff is nice and attentive.
