I arrived 25 min after I placed my order online was asked my name and was told they did not know what I ordered for my carry out. I said what I ordered and my name and sat down there at the pick up station. 15 min later they then ask me again what I ordered and for my name again but this time they wrote my name down and what I ordered. We normally have a decent experience at this location. However, the last time was horrible. Took the staffs forever to look for my order that was placed online. After looking for 15 mins they told me they forgot to make it. She was nice and honest so I decided to wait. Waited so long just to get home and bite into an undercooked pizza. We have always ordered thru pizza hut and done delivery but I guess they stopped using their own delivery drivers and now use Doordarshan. Well we were NOT satisfied at all...they delivered the pizza order to a different home that is not ours and then when I told them they left the pizza at the wrong address I was told to come get it for myself...I'm like NO ! YOU NEED TO DELIVER THE ORDER TO MY HOME ADDRESS!!! I am so sad that you had to lose your guys they were always so nice!!!
