“The ladies working on Tuesday night won me back to Popeyes. After a horrible experience with KFC on Gandy Blvd I called and asked if they still had chicken. The lady was soooo nice and asked how much I wanted. She said No Problem and if I was ok waiting they’d drop it fresh to fry. I arrived before it was ready, but each last made sure I received what I wanted while I waited. I walked out with a smile on my face and with HOT fried chicken and fresh biscuits and sides. “This is the best Popeye's I've been to since moving to FL. I recently visited for the first time this past Sunday afternoon and from the moment I walked in, it was evident that this Popeye's location truly understands the importance of customer satisfaction. I was greeted right away and although it was busy, the staff was very friendly and cared about the customer which is rare nowadays. So thank you for that! The speed at which my order was prepared and served was impressive. It was clear that the staff takes pride in their work, as my meal was served piping hot and satisfied my fried chicken craving. If you're looking for great food and top-notch service, this Popeye's location is definitely worth a visit. It is about 20 miles from where I live, but I am more than willing to make the drive to have this experience again!“

“The desert is always a 10/10. They forget my biscuit religiously, and every so often they forget more than that. It's a really small lot too so it's kinda hard to park and go in to get missed/forgotten items. The location isn't the employees fault but forgetting items is.“
“Ms. Lizzie gave excellent service unfortunately after I took my time to fill out survey, I was told I had to purchase a drink to get the offer of 2 piece. I did not see anywhere that I had to make a purchase of a drink and to charge $4 for a drink (really) is more than purchasing a combo?? So I will not spend time to complete a survey and have to pay $4 for a 2 Pc...come on management...put it in writing please or maybe a $2 drink? Thanks though...just a veteran stopping by for lunch?“
“I really don’t mean to make this sound like a back handed compliment, the customer service was great. I paid for my order in advance on the app, and thank god I did because they were only accepting cash when I got there. Got my food & the order was correct. The only part that sketched me out was when I was trying to leave, there were people in the parking lot trying to fist fight. They were standing in the drive thru in front of my truck, so I couldn’t really move forward to leave. Not Popeyes fault, but maybe enough to consider going to a different one next time.“
