Great authentic Thai food. Definitely get the mango sticky rice desert. You can get the spiciness in different levels from mild to wild. The service is a bit slower as it is a small family restaurant. But the service is great and they tend to customers very well. They have outside seating for you to enjoy the hot nights in Florida. Great wine selection.

Igniore the review by "S C." below. We've seen him there many times and he is a creep that tries to flirt with the waitresses who want nothing to do with his unwanted attempts at humor. Sadly, accordingly to staff we know this jerk never tips regardless of how hard they try yet he continues to go back and waste the servers' time. This place is great.

We came in 30 minutes before closing and they were happy to serve us. Had some hot sake and those Thai-style eggrolls to start with. For our entrees we had the pepper beef and the pad Thai (Thai spicy) which were both fantastic. Both entrees came very quickly and the staff was great. Will be returning!

Rude, unappreciative and mean waitresses- worse service It's sad how this place has become. I used to be a regular, will never come back. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I came here at least 4 times before putting this review, same attitude just different evening. Last night being the worse. One can't be more rude to a client. They greet you with " our kitchen is very busy" I sat near the door and watched both said to each party that came in.. TRUST me they don't know busy, they are never that busy, and every time food came quickly. Last night my friend and I came to eat and we asked for simple stuff, the way the waitress responded is like we are bothering them and we need to hurry up, choose you and leave them alone.. rudeness gets under my skin. It's sad because the food is good, but Tampa has way too many good restaurantes for the waitresses to think they can get away we treating patrons the way they do. I give them a few more months. I asked politely if "the most rude" of both was the owner " NO" the other responded. WOW.. if that that was true, I hope the owner finds better help. These waitress act like they are MISERABLE. Just a suggestion - find new people before your business goes down. OR if your main business is take out and you do not want people dining-make a sign "'Kitchen is very busy today" followed by no dining in. I'm a huge supporter to small local business... but this place..Nope!! will spend my money somewhere else.

We went as a family after my granddaughters concert! The service was perfect and the food exceptional. Everyone was accomadated with their specific requests and the prices are great! Clean bathroom and plenty of parking. Recommend!!

I love eating in and taking out-of-town guests to this great Thai restaurant. They are also super fast w/take-out orders and extremely helpful and friendly.This trip was for appetizers. No asian restaurant makes Crab Rangoon like Rouen Thai! We've tried many chinese and thai restaurants. None compare visually or edibly.Real crab, cream cheese and curry powder. The egg rolls were a hit and eaten before I could photograph. Will add more photos next time.Their lunch specials are great too!Vegetarian options: Salads, soup, appetizers and main dishes of vegetables, tofu and seafood.Wheelchair accessibility: Front row parking. Big parking lot.

UPDATE DEC 2023. Noticed prices are higher-somebody has to pay for that and it is usually the consumer. I get that no issue. They redid the layout of the floor and got rid of a tripping hazard-kudos.The food is good but not as good as it was a number of months ago.Service. The guy forgot to bring my drink and pretended he had not heard my order. I am louder than most folks as well as my family and he got their orders ok. Say "sorry " don't lie.They spilled some of my curry on me and made no effort to clean up. I got up and asked for a bunch of napkins. Water refills? You have to loudly demand them. Any service ar all has to be demanded. The polite efficient ladies are gone and some rude clueless guy was managing. Debating whether or not to give them a second chance.Great food. Fast and polite service. Take out is not as great but still good. Agreat value and a great place and we just keep going back. Consistently great.

First time visiting Rouen Thai. Food was really good and servers were very friendly. Would definitely return. I ordered the pineapple curry, which was pretty good. Others at my table ordered pad Thai and pad see ew and were very happy
