While the staff here are great, there is much room for improvement. I've worked from the inside a few times and there are flies hovering around the table constantly, a sign of a dirty store, especially given it's first thing in the morning. I've worked from the outside and cleaned the table myself only to see it's nearly completely black, an indication the tables are never cleaned or if so, rarely. 1st time here and the staff was patient and accommodating.I do wish SB would keep the size short coffee cups in stock. It never fails, every SB I've visited they are always out. Not everyone wants a small-xlarge cup of coffee. Something to consider SB.
