Bogo but online order...pick up...used bathroom and associate was perfect under pressure as my order was not originally in their system but worked with my validation number and eventually worked it out and I got my food 5 mins early.

I have been using their delivery service and have has some issues. But worst is when I try to call the restaurant and either get a weird message like our "Our members our counting sheep to better serve you..." or like today. Just a busy signal. I had an issue with only getting half my order and with not ability to contact them I am forced to reorder the other half. From reading the other reviews I can see this subway is poorly run. Employees behind the counter were fast, one was working on online and the other was helping me. Little short on meat for my chicken teriyaki sub, but was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
