This used to be my go to Taco Bell, but ever since there was a staff change a couple months back, this has become the single worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced. Used to come here no issues but the past few times has convinced us to not come here anymore. They "close" whenever they feel like it then have an attitude when you tell them you already placed a mobile order. The food comes out ice cold so why are they acting like it's such an inconvenience? Last time I had to file a dispute with my bank because they refused to give me the mobile order I placed at 9pm telling me they were closed. Time to shut this location down.

I went to Taco Bell with my wife after church with some friends, we ordered our food promptly and the lazy knuckle-dragging staff took 30 minutes to give us our simple order, with a nearly empty lobby, the manager then closed the lobby at 10 pm. It was 10:30 pm by the time we received our order, we ate, then proceeded to throw our trash away, and all of a sudden the manager told us in a very unprofessional manner "all right y'all, get up the lobby's closed!
