Little known gem BUT with more great reviews, will be WELL KNOWN gem. They say it's a great breakfast place but the sign outside said "Best Burgers in Town" and they were RIGHT. (after all, it was noon so Burgers made sense) The owner is extremely nice and told us we may have to wait a bit longer since the burgers are char-broiled. We weren't in any rush so burgers it was! I have lived in the Tarpon Springs area all my life and with that said I have seen many small diners come and go. I go past Asteri's every day and just recently I noticed a little sign that caught my attention. It said" best burgers in town" . I went home to see if they had a published menu. They Did!!. So I told my wife let's try this place I've never tried them she happily agreed so they had a very nice menu online a special area dedicated to those burgers that they're claiming...read full review

Wonderful Breakfast menu and portions and quality, but what I want to talk about no is the 6 oz 80 20 black angus burger that is really closer to 8 oz. The romaine, tomato and onion were all very fresh and tasty. The chef does his/her own procurement so they know what they are doing. This burger is the best in town and then some.
