First time in and the breakfast was so delicious. I am excited to try other food on the menu. Atmosphere was pleasant and very clean.

Little known gem BUT with more great reviews, will be WELL KNOWN gem. They say it's a great breakfast place but the sign outside said "Best Burgers in Town" and they were RIGHT. (after all, it was noon so Burgers made sense) The owner is extremely nice and told us we may have to wait a bit longer since the burgers are char-broiled. We weren't in any rush so burgers it was! (btw it didn't take very long at all). The burgers were big, juicy done just right with the right toppings. I think you have about 12 or14 burgers to choose from. DO NOT PASS Asteri by. Oh by the way, they do have bottled beer and wine should you so desire.

I have lived in the Tarpon Springs area all my life and with that said I have seen many small diners come and go. I go past Asteri's every day and just recently I noticed a little sign that caught my attention. It said" best burgers in town" . I went home to see if they had a published menu. They Did!!. So I told my wife let's try this place I've never tried them she happily agreed so they had a very nice menu online a special area dedicated to those burgers that they're claiming to and I was in the mood for the burger. I ordered what was called the Crackle Burger and it was topped with cheddar cheese mushrooms and onion rings and I have to say as of right now it is the best burger in town forget the fast food joints that you pay the same amount for but here you get your fries you get fresh lettuce and tomato dill pickle on the side. My wife is a egg plant parm lover. I have to say we were surprised. Very nice breaded eggplant with a fresh light marinara . She elected to have the soup which was avgolemono. A Greek lemon chicken soup which was spot on. Can't wait for our second visit.
This is like a little secret here it Tarpon Springs. Great breakfast , excellent friendly service. It is consistently good.

Wonderful Breakfast menu and portions and quality, but what I want to talk about no is the 6 oz 80 20 black angus burger that is really closer to 8 oz. The romaine, tomato and onion were all very fresh and tasty. The chef does his/her own procurement so they know what they are doing. This burger is the best in town and then some.

I wasn't having the best week I came in and was able to get a window seat and relax, it was a nice place to enjoy a good breakfast. Food was great waitress was nice and professional she had glasses and took care of me, you don't come by nice places like this often. I will be back !
