We have been here a number of times, Coffee is great Staff always attentive and very pleasant No complaints on food, made fresh biscuits and gravy good, there roll ups for instance Billy’s roll ups with fruit are really good, my wife is fussy with her eggs and grits very ? happy. They keep your coffee filled up too. We travel around the world and this is a great calming environment. Staff is ? I would agree with the syrup issue.
My husband and I are regular diners at Billy’s Cafe in Tavares. The food is good, the people that work there are great, the regulars all know each other, and it is our go to spot for breakfast. My favorites are the veggie omelet, the breakfast burrito special, and the apple roll ups with whipped cream (if you like apple pie, you’ll love these). There are plenty of other restaurants that are closer to where we live that we could go to, but we take a 30 minute drive each...read full review

With the cost of everything these days it was refreshing to get a great breakfast for under $9.00. One of the best breakfast I've gotten in a long time. 2 eggs, hash browns, 2 sausage patties, toast and a side of sausage gravy
