“I had to change my rating after a couple of recent visits. Food has declined, donuts are not even fresh first thing in the morning. Corporate should change their cup provider. They leak at the lid, no matter how tightly it is on, so beware.Employees are mediocre at best. Most of the time they are standing around talking. Not concerned about customer service.“
“I'm a reg there, closing shift knows my order as soon as they greet me at the drive thru. Amazing night shift ,i get my iced carmel macchiato late...I enjoy it more even the kids are in bed. None the less, they are always happy to accommodate any last minute order, even if they are 10 min to closing, they don't start with the excuses of "our machine was just cleaned" or " the espresso machine isn't working"... so many times the other locations are just lazy and don't really want to make the drink. I get it , there's days like that. But this location is consistent, kind, attentive and wiling to fix anything that didn't meet your expectations.NIGHT SHIFTS NEEDS A RAISE! SERIOUSLY“
“Went to SuperNatutal with some friends for the first time, Happy 3 Year Anniversary btw.Service was super friendly and welcoming to our group, even the patrons in line were nice to us since we were new.Breakfast sandwich was solid and the donuts were unique and super flavorful. Spent around $15 for 2 donuts (which came with a donut hole) and two coffees.Excited to come back next Saturday!“
“My son loves donuts and he says Hole in One Donut is his favorite donut spot. He likes it better than Krispy Kreme and Dunkin' Donuts. The donuts are always fresh and tasty here. The service is always great and they treat everyone like family here. The prices are very reasonable. We drive 20-30mins to get here bc it's worth it!“
“What a gem in downtown Tampa! These mini donuts are just the right treat for strolling through the city. The unique are fun to try. It reminds me of a childhood dream. Haha. The staff is so friendly and personable. I appreciate the few tables to sit at outside. You would be missing out if you didn’t pop over. I’ll be back for their donuts and redbull Italian sodas!“
“We love our friends at Tampa Bay Food Trucks! They are a wonderful partner for our event. They always book amazing food trucks and donate a portion of their profits to our fundraiser! We love their DJ truck too, it always keeps the party going!!!“
“Every state we have lived in, we always try and find the best local donut shop. This is it for us!! The donuts are delicious, staff is super friendly and the service is quick! We also tried a few breakfast sandwiches and those were delicious too. This place is a must try.“
“I went while in Tampa for a short vacation and these donuts were so good, we went back the next day. The cinnamon roll and apple fritter are dinner plate sized. Great value! I also wanted to spend the last of my American cash but didn’t have quite enough, so I asked to split it. One of the owners took what I had and said that’s fine and sent me on my way. Thank you so much!“
“I arrived on the day they changed their seasonal menu offerings-and after one look at the "Lucky Duck" March flavors, I felt like I was just that-a lucky duck-especially since this was my maiden voyage. All the green icing-the Lucky Charms cereal-the spring flavors... this duck knows how to make a great first impression! Duck Donuts started in Duck, North Carolina. They've fully leaned into the duck theme, with a cute mascot named Ollie and cheerful bright colors. There's table seating and a high counter by the front window plus a separate room, away from the ordering/decorating area. All of the donuts are the same base. It had a vanilla flavor and the texture is the perfect middle ground: not too dense or chewy-but not too light and airy, either. Same for the toppings-they're not cloyingly sweet... but full of flavor. Goldilocks would love this place-everything's "just right." So, I ordered a half dozen. I loved the bacon one-Mom was all about the cinnamon. We split the lemon with sprinkles and it was spring in a ring-so bright and sunshiny. We're only halfway through the six, but I'll update you as we taste more. I paid about $15 for the half dozen. You can watch them decorate each one (so fun! All those tubs of frosting/glaze!) and their boxes are adorable. The staff is so personable and warm. I felt so welcomed. What a bonus on a tasty Tuesday. I'd come back just to chat again with them! But I also can't wait to try the drinks, ice cream concoctions and donut sandwiches (!) This shop is conveniently located in the Bloomingdale Square plaza-which has a Publix, First Watch and Beall's, as well. It's on the north side, closest to Bloomingdale Ave-so you can *duck right in and right out.“
“Came here for first time today and the employees were extremely welcoming and helpful. They gave me a rundown of the whole menu (nutrition facts, ingredients, etc.). If your looking for a place with tasty food all while being healthy and high protein then this is it.“
“Nice little doughnut shop and way better than those brand name over priced chain brand doughnut shops. I would rather give my money to this shop than be ripped off by big chain stores. This store serves so much more than pre-froozen microwave doughnuts or those raw doughnuts from that other overpriced stores.“
“Our office goes to The Big Guava at least 3 times a week. We love this place! The atmosphere is amazing and the customer service is always great. We highly recommend the Jamaican Me Crazy tea! Nobody else does it like them! We will continue recommending to family and friends!!“
“Kid-friendliness: We took the kids to eat their holiday donuts they got comfortable ate their donuts my nieces took some pictures and drive a hour to get home the next day the kids had more donuts for breakfastWheelchair accessibility: Front door parking“
“If you’ve never had a mochi doughnut before, just know they are a different texture than regular doughnuts. It was my first time trying one, and personally I loved it. I thought the doughnuts were cute and delicious. Cookies and cream was my favorite! The Korean corndog was good, a little different from the ones I’ve had elsewhere . I got a basic corndog with mozzarella only. It was hot, fresh, crispy, and the cheese was ooey gooey. The other ones I’ve had, they dip them in sugar which I did miss that.. something about the salty sweet combo is right up my alley, but it was delicious for what it was. Reminded me of a big mozzarella stick. They do have other flavors and a plethora of dips to choose from. They also have other goodies such as “cheese coins” and other things that have become popular recently. I was tempted to try other stuff but decided not to.One thing I do not remember, is not really seeing the prices. They may have been posted, but I cannot remember where, so when I ordered, I ordered not knowing exactly how much my total was going to be lol. The corndog was $6 and 6 doughnuts were $14.The place is small, but cute and trendy.“
“I have seen and heard the hype of this place, so I figured I would finally jump on the wagon and try it for myself. I went in around 1230PM on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy at all. There were 2 people working (One in the kitchen and one behind the counter). I ordered 6 mochinut and an ube boba. I was given the donuts quickly but due to there not being enough ube drink made, I had to wait for a new batch. I understand that happens but what came next annoyed me. The woman told me to wait a couple minutes and she told the other employee she needed more ube for the drink. he didn't go make it right away, instead they proceeded to help 4 people behind me and make their drinks while I wait and wait. Finally they made the drink mix and finished my drink. And then instead of stirring it like usual, I was told to stir it myself well. As far as taste ratings go, the ube boba was sub-par. I've had much better before because I feel like this one lacked that actual flavor, and tasted more like milk and just brown sugar. The mochinut donuts are a different story! I grabbed a cookies n cream, strawberry cheesecake, matcha, milk tea, chocolate cinnamon churro and strawberry funnel cake. These all were delicious! I ended up cutting each one in half and sharing with my boyfriend so we could try all of them.I will for sure be back for the mochinuts, but not the boba drinks.“
