Latte was good. I ordered on the app prior to going in, used the bathroom, and went to the counter, and the two employees were chatting. I told them I had a mobile order and they both looked surprised. They looked down at the machine and noticed my order that had come through. I ended up waiting another 5-7 minutes for my coffee. Spent 15 minutes there when it should have been 5.
Of all the friendly people at Dunkin’s in Tampa, the newest one at 6820 N 56th Street has to be the friendliest! I use the mobile app and they already know my face when I drive up for my order. Great job with training in customer service! I’m already a regular there.

I had to change my rating after a couple of recent visits. Food has declined, donuts are not even fresh first thing in the morning. Corporate should change their cup provider. They leak at the lid, no matter how tightly it is on, so beware.Employees are mediocre at best. Most of the time they are standing around talking. Not concerned about customer service.
