The female person taking my order 2/10 mid-morning at the drive-thru was very curt & rude when I asked if there were certain donuts. She was rushed & her tone was sharp & “put upon”. I got half the order at the drive-thru window & was told to park, wait & someone would bring the rest of the order. I waited 10 minutes & no one came out. I only go here because it’s the closest one, but almost every time I go I have stuff missing from my order. I have to tell them what is missing in order for them to get it right. Lately even time I go they forget the donuts; it’s a weird pattern. And it’s like, a whole half dozen, etc. How do you do that?! The staff is ok but probably burnt out. Shame

The staff at this particular Dunkin’ are great, always friendly and helpful. It’s a great treat having these guys in the neighborhood. Wonderful people, hard working too. They deserve a little extra, I always tip, you do as you please. A little goes a long way to make someones day.
