Elias and Valerie are wonderful. I came in at very end of National Coffee Day and they had us laughing after a long work day. My dad just went into rehab and I had been on the phone all day. They cheered me up great people ?
Went in on 8/23 around early afternoon to pick up a doordash order and the wonderful woman working was quick and friendly and answered every question I had about coffee flavors and the best way to order a frozen coffee, told her I'd be back the next day to order for myself because the coffees she told me about sounded delicious. This place struggles for quality customer service. There is always a long wait. Staff is rude at times…like they don’t want to be there and you are putting them out. I still love Dunkin coffee though.
