Decided to take a out of town ride to Krystal's, Was their on 03/23/24 @ 1:04 pm, was eat in not drive thru, had no tea 1st sign, smelled grease nasty 2nd sign, 20 minutes later got other persons order. 15 minutes later got our food when went to counter for refund that was told that they don't cancel orders or refunds & was cold & barely edible, we ate 2 cheese sliders or whatever called and was soggy and the most sloppy sandwichs & fries I've ever had, will never go back or recommend, going to look up any violations.Kid-friendliness: Be scarry

In the entire store thete wss not a single once of Ketchup!. You would think that the manager would figure a way of getting some for the use in the kitchen at least in the kitchen!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star....HORRIBLE FOOD, burgers no melted cheese and soggy, so said I would pay for the fries and drink but wanted money back for burgers. But said couldn't do that....then proceeded to take our burgers which would have gave to homeless. BUT THEY TOOK THEM THREW THEM AWAY ALONG WITH THE $11.00

If I could give less than 1 I would after going inside yesterday and standing at the counter at least 10 minutes and hearing all the laughing and talking in the back. Patrons out in the dining room waiting as well. Nobody checks to see if anyone else has made it in. I can see drive-thru waiting at the window too. I ended up walking out. Don't waste time in here.

Service is lacluster. Custom orders throw them into a tizzy. However; while the offerings may not be the healthiest choice, they fill a fundamental craving for comfort food that is a signature offering of the brand.
