I always have such great service at this location. Steak ‘n Shake is usually a place I avoid with slow service, but the Trinity location deserves 5 stars. Tonight I had Thomas and he was so polite and accompanying to my order (my girls like quite a few modifications to their burgers) and every employee I have encountered here has had a similar quality of service. Highly recommend! Food is always hot and delicious as well!
This is the cleanest, nicest steak n shake I've been to! Everyone in there was sooo helpful and friendly. The kiosks are nice, to be able to customize your order for yourself. The restaurant was also very clean.
