Probably one of the best experiences I've had at this type of restaurant in a long time. The gentleman helping me to the one handing me my food were courteous, polite, outgoing and more than willing to help and offer suggestions. Well done!!!
I always have such great service at this location. Steak ‘n Shake is usually a place I avoid with slow service, but the Trinity location deserves 5 stars. Tonight I had Thomas and he was so polite and accompanying to my order (my girls like quite a few modifications to their burgers) and every employee I have encountered here has had a similar quality of service. Highly recommend! Food is always hot and delicious as well!
