Most trips everything is fine or good. Kinda hit or miss in the past, but seems to be improving. Food is always fresh, 2x missed my childs apples but made up for it next trip. Definitely like Umatilla better than Eustis! We always use app + drive thru.
Rainy, gloomy days, will often damper even the best of spirits. That’s why it was so refreshing to have our experience with Isaac today, 11/16, in the drive thru. Not only was he truly polite, and well spoken during the speaker interaction, he didn’t make us feel rushed, and made sure we got everything we wanted. Then to pull around, and to be welcomed with a very welcoming smile, was truly great. I even joked and asked if he thought it was gonna rain. Isaac went right along...read full review
