“This is our go to place for lunch. Great food, location, and right on the water. We grab lunch and let the kids play in the sand. Beer prices are insane at $8 a can but somewhat expected for the location. Recommend for families as they have large seating areas and small play area for them. Bring some sand toys.Parking: Can be full at prime lunch times.“

“Visiting Destin from MN. Found this spot nearby our residence. Fabulous food! Sat at the bar as no reservation but found it quieter than dining room, and our bartender was a perfect host. Def recommend the Spaghetti Pescatore filled with delicious seafood and a delectable red sauce! Great dining experience.“

“Husband and I got a bunch of shareable. Including wontons, fried rice, regular rice, stir fry veggies, cutlet, boa buns and more. Everything was perfectly cooked. Nothing was too salty or over seasoned, just simple pure deliciousness. Server was friendly and attentive. Reasonable prices for the amount of food received too. Highly recommend boa buns!“

“Customer service was awesome! James was our server at the bar and his customer service was top tier! In addition to his awesome service, Brandon and Anthony made sure we were good each time either of them passed up behind the bar. The food came quickly and it was hot. The Blueberry Hard Lemonade was really good! We also had the popcorn shrimp tacos and the Shrimp Wonton Rolls and they we good too. I didn't give the food 5 stars because they should serve the Wonton rolls with like a sweet and spicy dipping sauce or some kind of dipping sauce. The live music was cool too. I'd recommend this place“

“Wonderful service. A relaxing and fun place with Yummy food and drinks. A must see place if you are visiting the area. The chips and salsa are addicting. We tried enchiladas and the taco bowls. We were surprised at how good the rice side dish is. We didn't expect it to be so tasty.“

“I had the mates platter. I like fried food ?. My wife had the catch of the day teriyaki glazed. The fish that day was Mahi Mahi. I tasted it and it was outstanding. Almost wants me to give up my fried food next time we go there. Our waiter was nice, informative and quick.“

“A bar is only as good as its staff and the staff at the Salty Duck deserves a 10 outta 10. The atmosphere gets a 10 outta 10 too. We went to the salty duck while at the beach for a bachelorette weekend and immediately upon walking in it was obvious we were the odd "ducks" out in a bar full of locals. We all questioned our decision worried that it would not be the greatest experience. I'm glad we stayed because it was the best experience. Matt, DJ, and John were fantastic bartenders who made the evening so much fun. The doorman was helpful and super nice. The music was perfect and fit the vibe. The beer was cold and with a great selection you can't go wrong. I will definitely go back when visiting the area. Easily the best bar I've been to in a long time. Went for the drinks and stayed for the people.“

Special little place in our town.I had the ricotta tortellini with marinara & salad. The salad needs more love besides lettuce, but the dressing was great. It was a side salad and maybe that’s a restaurant thing.My guy had the buffalo chicken pizza. He really liked it. “This has turned out to be a great resort. Comfortable room, great view, nice food choices in plenty of different spots to avoid crowding, and not boring at all. From the poolside DJ to the friendly staff a great experience. The breakfast buffet was great as well.“

The food is great, the atmosphere.... Perfection. Plus most nights they have great live music during their killer happy hour. Additionally, the view of the sunset is incredible. I recommend Marina Cafe to all my friends and will continue to do so. 10/10 food, 25/10 bar. “We were pleasantly surprised by Royal Palm Grille. The seafood with sushi on the same menu is, kind of, groundbreaking. Why hasn’t someone thought of it before?All of the fresh fish options were top tier. Tuna was a spectacular coloring and sushi rolls went down smoothly. We got the Crab and Artichoke Dip to share for the table, which was a hit. The Grouper Tacos were tasty, albeit could have had more seasoning. The Oysters Rockefeller were a pretty good deal as well. The Seaweed Salad came in a large portion. We had a big group and our servers managed to give us our food promptly and with a smile.The directions to getting up to the restaurant could be improved though. You can park in the hotel parking lot, and go through the lobby to the stairs to the 2nd level, and walk all the way towards the front of the building.The restaurant has a patio attached to the hotel with lovely views of the sunset (across the street) on the beach. Also has a bar across the road on the actual beach.Parking: Park past the lobby in the lot beside the hotel. Had a couple spots open when we got there around 6pm. It was more off-season though, so it may be busier in the summer.Walk up through the lobby to the second floor to get to the restaurant entrance. Not sure if there is an elevator, but with so many floors at the hotel, there should definitely be one.“
