“Jeremy the host was very welcoming and explained the difference between the dining room upstairs and the tavern/bar downstairs. This was our first visit and he suggested upstairs. We were sat at a lovely table outside overlooking the water. Our waitress Becky was very attentive professional and pleasant. The food did take longer than expected but overall the quality was very good.”

“Outside tables in back of gas station/deli window but damn this is best Cuban sandwich I have ever had and can’t stop eating it. It’s loaded with a mild dill pickle that adds to the texture of the cuban seasoned meat. This is crack for lovers of Cuban food and who would have thought after visiting the store many times and never noticing until local referred me.”

“Great meal from start to finish! Our waitress, Marina, was very attentive and pleasant. Grilled Cesar salad was fresh and crisp and had just enough char for taste. Steaks and rack of lamb were cooked appropriately and seasoned well. Stuffed Branzino (a special) and black grouper were fresh and tasty. Desserts did not disappoint. Delicious! We'll be back!”

“We visited for the first time today while in the area. Always heard to check the restroom to know what a restaurant really is like lol. Well I had to and found it to be very clean and smelled clean and fresh. On to our meal. I totally enjoyed the whole belly clams meal with a delicious slaw and subbed corn on the cob for the fries as I typically don’t eat fries. Those clams were wonderful, large juicy and flavorful. The corn was fresh and sweet and the slaw was perfect to my taste. I enjoyed a sangria with my meal. Enjoyed every bite. My husband is a self proclaimed oyster aficionado, he ordered a dozen raw on the half shell. He proclaimed them to be perfect. He was impressed that they were fresh, plump, and sufficiently briny. He really enjoyed them fully. He also had the red beans and rice meal along with a beer and said it was good food. So thumbs up Shuck N Ale. We had to be there for a doctor visit that took us 45 minutes to drive there to Venice, but hubby says it’s worth a drive that long to come for the food anytime. See you again! By the way the staff were friendly and the food was delivered promptly so thumbs up for that as well. The music was just beginning as we were leaving.”

“The food was amazing. But I made a reservation for 8 at 7pm. Walked in and said told them I had a reservation she came over asked me my name then she answered then phone. After she got off the phone I asked if we could please sit outside and she said “ do you really want to do that I would have to move a table” She then said I have you set up in the back and led me to the back and walked away and said ya great in a smart manor. She was walking around talking to everyone so she must be some kinda lead I wouldn’t even call her a manager but yeah with that interaction me and my 350$ dinner bill will not be back.”

Plus, they are one of the few Chinese restaurants in town that offers a poo poo platter. If you’re looking for a charming environment to eat in, this is not the place. This is more for people that are looking for quality Chinese food that’s either takeout or delivery.”

“Take-out restaurant on Mercado drive. The food is excellent. Service is very good. My favorite is General Tsao’s Chicken. It’s very close to NY Chinese food which is the best in the country. Everything I’ve had there has been very good.”

We were thrilled to enjoy a meal that was as delicious and authentic as the food we love to eat in Italy. The Arancini was as yummy as what we have enjoyed in Rome. Our entrees were equally perfect. Thomas was a fantastic server. He was very personable, knowledgeable about the food and fun. We will be back.”

“Waited at least 20 minutes for a table outside. They were crowded as usual. Waited 5 minues for Jennifer to bring us coffee and water. She said she'd be right back for order. 15 minutes later others were seated, and actually served. Our waitress rook the order fir a couple who had just been seated and then took ours. I complained to the hostess who took off our coffees. The waitress apologized for serving the other couple first. She didn't understand that we had waited an additional 20 minutes to PLACE our order. I never complain, I've been wait staff. The wait staff there has always been fabulous until today. She is clueless.”

“We haven't been to Salty Dog Venice in a while, so we stopped by when we saw they had live music. Great evening! Talented musician and great outdoor marina vibe. My meal was good. I had the grilled mahi sandwich. However, I could have done without the giant bun. Maybe a thinner one— let the mahi speak for itself. They should also hire a couple more servers. Service was slow. We will be back for more fun tho! 🏝️😃🐾”

We had about a 30 minute wait but well worth the wait time. Our server Yalitzaly was wonderful...she was super friendly and did a phenomenal job taking care and serving us. She was very experienced and accommodating ....I would say she is a super good valuble employee that cares about the resturants customers. Thanks Yalitzaly for making our night enjoyable and the desert was awesome ! Rap & Mary Peavy”
