I ordered pizza's through Yelp (Grubhub) to be delivered but they were never delivered. App showed order received and being processed. After about 20mins the app stated that the order was delayed. After about 30mins I called Grubhub to see delivery status, they attempted to cal the restaurant with no answer, unable to leave message due to voicemail being full. Other websites say they are temporary closed. Don't listen what the Yelp app says, BACI's IS CLOSED due to COVID. I had to call Grubhub to get order cancelled and a refund. There we a lot of disappointed pizza lovers that day.

We ordered a large pizza yesterday for pickup, and it was delicious. Loaded with toppings, good crust. Done on time. Pleasant staff. We are happy to have found this gem in Venice.

I must warn you not to eat here! The sauce they use for all their food is store bought jarred Bertolli sauce. I ordered the spinach roll, fried ravioli and mozzarella sticks. Both the mozzarella sticks and fried ravioli are obviously frozen and just tossed in a deep fryer so dont expect much from any of the appetizers. The dough for the spinache roll was paper thin and had microscopic levels of mozzarella. They stuff it with tons of ricotta which isnt even listed as being in it on door dash nor thier website. This place reminds me of an episode of kitchen nightmares.

We ordered pizza for a Saturday night treat. When picking up the pizza, we were rudely shouted at through a closed door saying “we’re closed” when it was explained that we’d ordered the pizza we were told the order was cancelled. Told we’d been called. A VM left at 8.27 said order is cancelled. No apology, no offer for a future visit. Pick up was 830 so to call right before is just rude. Some story of some ones car breaking down was told to us. Now we have hungry children and no dinner plans. Well done baci. We’ve been supporting you as a local business and you’ve let us down. We will go elsewhere in the future

One of the best pizzas I have ever had very authentic restaurant very clean and the owner is very nice and his wife they are not over priced at all well all in all I would recommend this place without a doubt ❤️ After reading other negative reviews I am so so surprised they had anything negative to say cause my experience was the exact opposite I will be coming back anytime I’m craving pizza ?

I’m a door dasher and I hate going to this place, they’re more concerned about cooking food for themselves and eating food while they’re preparing food for customers.. The gentleman is always rude every time I go in there, And I use the term gentleman lightly, apparently his delivery driver is always sick or called off so without us he probably wouldn’t be in business. When I do have to go there, there is no one in there eating, so he must rely on us, and to treat A delivery driver so poorly is a disgrace I don’t even like going there but he’s not paying my bills my customers are... so sad

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered 2 pizzas and both were burnt- cheese on the top was burnt and so was the crust. If $33.00 for burnt pizza isn’t bad enough, there was hair on it!! You would think during this pandemic that the person behind the counter would be wearing a mask...Nope, and he was the one making the pizzas.

I don't know what could have happened since the other people reviewed this place...because it is horrible! I ordered 2 pizzas for take out and both were burnt- crust was burnt and so was the cheese. If $33.00 for 2 burnt pizzas wasn't bad enough there was a HAIR on top of one!!! Let's not forget to mention the man behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask- oh did I forget to say that he was also making the pizzas! I should have walked out before I even paid. NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from this place!!!

Ok. This place is a freaking game changer! I ordered a xtra large pepperoni pie..and it was the perfect pizza! Sauce, crust, cheese everything was amazing! The delivery was fast. This authentic New York pizza and I'm here for it! Keep up the good work and thanks for a great pizza! I'm a loyal customer now!

The family NEEDS the "Baci fix" at least once a week." The owner is awesome and really nice to talk to" according to my son who needs a lesson in social skills so I have him order and go pick up from them often. Last order, they were low on cheese so we had to order a small but Baci was gracious enough to add a few slices on the house,which was a treat Thank you!! Truly the best tasting pizza and customer service in town,,hands down.
