I recently visited this charming cafe and had a delightful experience. Eileen, the staff member I interacted with, was incredibly sweet and provided exceptional customer service. I ordered the Ken - an espresso mocha drink with added protein, which exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and refreshment. My visit to Cravings was amazing, all thanks to Eileen. She was so friendly and really cared about making our visit special. Eileen knew exactly how to make us feel welcome and took the time to chat with us, making our time there even better. She showed us what great customer service is all about, making sure everyone felt important and happy.

The food is usually good and fairly quick. We ordered a Reuben sandwich and a spinach salad. The Reuben was perfect, lots of corned beef, cheese, and thousand Island dressing. While it didn't have sauerkraut, it made up for it by having a generous amount of corned beef and being warm.
