Nine times out of ten I've had a good experience here. Edit* today I had an argument with Shay. After 26 years of working at Dunkin she still doesn't know the difference between latte and a cafe con leche. And she kept pronouncing it wrong. Their manual actually has the correct way but she refused to look and yet called another manager who then also gave the wrong information. I stopped in this place the other day just to have a quick cup of coffee and their staff has such wonderful personalities that made me laugh Gigi is quite an employee very full of love and laughter it was quite a little experience I really enjoy stopping in for coffee there. And they have the cutest little Bagel Bites that are absolutely delicious again my opinion

I've come to this location recently due to the one on miracle mile being temporarily closed. They've messed up my order just about every time. The staff is friendly however if you order food, nobody wants to make it and it takes twice as long. And if u order it through an app such as uber eats, a bacon egg and cheese crissont won't have bacon or egg
