I didn’t know healthy dining could taste this good. Party of 2 sharing breakfast tacos, biscuits n gravy and cheesy grits. Absolutely fantastic food. Likely returning tomorrow morning before flying back home. Good iced coffee too. Will be a breakfast go to for us whenever we’re in the area. Service was possibly better than the food and that’s saying something. Thank you Brita and the rest of the staff!
We had breakfast at the Vero Beach location. The wait time until we were seated was within five minutes. Our server (Brita) was naturally attentive. I had the Works omelet with hot green tea and shared my friend blueberry pancake. Everything was delicious.

My first time going to a First Watch and it did not disappoint! I sat at the counter since I was solo and my waitress was fantastic. I had the basic breakfast which consisted of two eggs, home fries, toast, and the pork sausages were wonderful. I also ordered a side of grits which were the best I've ever had! And the coffee was very good too.My first time won't be my last.
