I placed my order (4 meals) on the kiosk and waited over 45 minutes for my food. Once asking for a refund and being ignored for several minutes someone came over and said they would get the refund and that took 20 plus minutes and they said they didn’t need my card for the refund which is very odd and I still have no refund staff at this location are terrible

The food was very good. I had a hot dog, and my wife had a cheeseburger. The food was cooked and ready promptly. We got shakes to go and were pleased that they now use fat straws instead of standard ones.Parking: Lots of shade.

You can't accept large bills isn't this world made on cash? We placed a large order almost $50 and was told they couldn't take my $100 and they would rather waste all the food then let me pay? Deny my child of food it's absolutely ridiculous! Poor service!

It's ridiculous how much I love their food and fries plus fry sauce. Chili Mac, yes please! It's unhealthy and fast food but every now and then I just gotta have it!Hit the drive through in this location, fast, efficient and staff were really nice. I ordered chili Mac of course and also fries with fry sauce.Everything was completely fresh, and I could see them putting it together inside. They are an efficient store, no lag time, and my order was 100% accurate.Store seemed clean, well run, staff were nice and very polite. Location seemed convenient and drove through time was actually less than probably 10 minutes.I'll definitely go again when I'm the area!

Horrible, they no longer have food servers, or cashiers, and everyone working on the food line in the kitchen, were wearing noise cancelling ear buds.Had to order from a kiosk, and when I had a question (do you still have chocolate malt milkshakes?) I had to holler "is there a human in here, that can hear me?!" One guy finally looked up and said "no, we stopped selling those". Then the kiosk asked if I wanted to leave a tip!! SAD!

Short story: Rude employees, takes forever, and awful food.Long story: I took my daughter in to use the restroom. An employee shook her stall door and then mine to find they were locked. Then she knocked on both, and I said, "Someone's in here." When we came out, I had to say excuse me 3 times for her to stop leaning on the sink as she kept playing on her phone so we could wash our hands. She rolled her eyes and went into the stall.We waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru after we ordered to get our food and about 12 minutes at the window.We were given 4 of our 5 drinks first, and one of the shakes was wrong. My husband attempted to get her attention for 4 minutes and finally set the shake in the window. She looked at him hateful and asked what he needed. When he tried to respond, she put her finger up for him to wait. She came back 2 minutes later and asked what he needed. Finally, she gave him the right shake. Then, we waited 3 more minutes for her to ask, "Anything else?" And he asked for our food. She grabbed a bag that had been sitting on the counter since we pulled up to the window and handed it to him. He asked for our other drink, and she said we didn't have one. He showed the receipt and she gave it to us.Our burgers were burnt yet cold. Shales only had toppings on top and not blended through them. The fries were cold and soggy. Awful experience.

It was horrible I would never go again the drivethru attendant should not have a job she was completely useless and was rude and could not do her job and she be fired the manager was very helpful thou the food was gross burger was brunt and the the place was dirty should be closed

Worst service I've ever had the lady in the speaker phone couldn't hear a thing I said and completely messed my order up. Took 25 mins just to make it to the window. The lady took my card with the Worst attitude I've ever seen asking if I was really going to eat all this food. Not to mention the restaurant was disgusting. Worst experience ever.
