Well prepared and inviting staff. There is a lack of interaction that once existed, now that all orders must be completed through the automated kiosks at the counters. Other than that, the food is well prepared and always good shakes.Vegetarian options: Don't go to a place called "Steak and Shake" for vegetarian food...Parking: Lots of parking, but the lot is not well lit.Kid-friendliness: A fine place to take kids.
The $4 meal deals have been replaced with "4 meal deals"that are now over $5. The 30-cent add on for medium fries is now 60 cents. These price increases will result in my coming in

Horrible, they no longer have food servers, or cashiers, and everyone working on the food line in the kitchen, were wearing noise cancelling ear buds.Had to order from a kiosk, and when I had a question (do you still have chocolate malt milkshakes?) I had to holler "is there a human in here, that can hear me?!" One guy finally looked up and said "no, we stopped selling those". Then the kiosk asked if I wanted to leave a tip!! SAD!
