We went to Brooklyn water Bagel. I had an everything bagel with whitefish salad. My wife had a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese. We both had coffee. The food was good and fresh. As with many restaurants, the coffee bar was not maintained and was out of half and half. Over all it was a good experience with pleasant service.
The bagels are good, I'd say 65% to NY bagels. The service is slow and I appreciate the kitchen is open to see so I could correct the cook (chef would be to kind) on how I asked for my meal to be prepared. They don't use fresh eggs to save money and sacrifice quality I'm sure which isn't great (they poor liquified eggs into a cup and throw them in a microwave). Overall could have been a 2/5 but I gave them 3/5.

Favorite place to eat breakfast when I’m in Vero/Sebastian. Delicious and reasonably priced. Don’t love the coffee, but everyone has different taste there…The Taylor ham and egg is incredible, and my dad loves their blueberry muffins.
