This place should be shut down or needs new management practices. We just sat in the drive-thru for 53 MINUTES! For 1 meal. It's been about a 20 to 30 minute wait on average in the drive-thru the past 3 times we've been over the last year. This will be the last time we go.
won't be back til they get new management. lately the service has been slow and the staff has a terrible attitude. today is the last straw. fries are disgusting on top of lousy service like they haven't changed oil in way too long
We just went to steak and shake for dinner. My husband has never had it. It was the nastiest , most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a steak and shake. The restaurant was filthy. No more service. It’s all self serve. The food was gross. I order chicken fingers and had maybe 4-5 bites. I took a bite of one and it tasted funky so I spit it out.
