“Remember going to the fair or carnival when you were younger? How everything smelled so good? Funnel cakes and French fries? Fair Foods is just that: foods you would get at the carnival. I got fried pickles, fried mushrooms, mini corn dogs, and fried Oreos. It was good! Until my stomach reminded me I haven't eaten fried foods in a good long time. Will make a different choice next time!!“

“Great little diner that feels like a down south home country kitchen kinda place.Servers seem to all help each other so customers are well taken care of.My server recommended the burrito, which was quite good. At first glance, it seemed small, however looks were deceiving because it's rolled tight and fat. When paired with the gravy for dipping, I could hardly finish it. Delicious.Coffee was hot and endless, as it should be in any good diner! She even gave me a cup to go.Lots of larger tables for bigger groups, or for sharing with others "family style".Servers knew many by name, same with the customers. “East End Eatery is my favorite breakfast place in Gainesville! The best breakfast burrito in town! Always fresh veggies, gouda cheese grits that always satisfy, even a Florida native like me. Treat yourself to the best waffle in town. Crisp outside with light fluffy center. Not heavy at all. Real shrimp and grits worth the wait for cooked to order meal. The service is always friendly with a smile. The owner works all areas. She loves to meet customers. Hope you enjoy the experience as much as I do.“

“Delicious FRESH broiled flounder filet platter. Visually was very appetizing and could not have been better. Fast FRIENDLY service, great decor and ambiance. Has a small bar off the of the restaurant dining room. Great dessert. The premises are spotlessly clean. I would rate this more than 5 stars if possible.“

“Great food, great service, awesome atmosphere. Grabbed some take out here one night while visiting from out of town. Made me wish I'd planned to eat here, but I had to take food back for the rest of the family. Had a beer at the car while we waited for the food. The staff was very friendly and made me want to hang out more. The food was ready in an expected amount of time and was delicious! We really enjoyed Melrose and Gator Bait and hope I get the chance to hang out here and dine in someday.“

Butler....Used to sell and install sound systems in restaurants...can't figure the sound systemApproach.,.??.sounds like radio in corner of place...why??Ambiance ..like proper sound ...can boost customers mood and appreciation !! “Believe it or not the restaurant on the pre-gate side of the airport was spectacular. I had the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had, and I was at the airport! The English muffin sausage egg and cheese was as good as any sandwich but I’ve gotten traveling. Maybe was because I was going on vacation, but I have to say is a great start to a great trip. Thank you ladies; that was delicious.“

“Food is good , buffet is colorful with green food salad etc. I've been coming to this restaurant for a few years they always had yummy fried chicken, the last few times I've been chicken is cooked to death it looks so dried out .other then that it's a good place to go.“

“Can’t speak for everyone else experience but it’s always a positive vibe here it’s like steakhouse but in for morning folks. No place is perfect but I will say ihop employees will correct your order or fix it if you are unsatisfied. They did have a leaky roof the last time I went but they we’re trying to manage that last time I went so overall cool place in my opinion lots of seats and family friendly.“
