“I went in this morning for my usual coffee and bacon. I ordered on the app and when I got there it wasn’t ready and I waited around for 20 minutes and asked what was going on. I thought maybe I didn’t click order on the app. When I went on there I accidentally ordered twice and tried canceling one of them but it didn’t go through so I was double charged. I went in after work and the young Hispanic girl was super nice and handled it and made things right for me. I didn’t get her name but all the staff here are amazing and do a great job everyday. One negative experience won’t stop me from going back. Things happen and life goes on. Thank you to all the staff for always working hard and making good coffee with a smile.“
“This was a spontaneous visit late one night! So just the drive thru was open. No biggie! The employee was clear spoken and patient. Our order was correct the first try. I'm not giving 5 stars because I tried to order a Frappe' and ugh, "We only have our juice & soda machines working at this time!" This seems to happen just about every other time I visit now-a-days! I really love Mocha Frappe's people!!!!“
