One of the workers went out of there way to allow us to pick up our order the next day because we were unable to which was so amazing! But when I arrived to pick up the a worker was extremely rude to me as soon as I walked in. He spoke to me as if I was stupid and didn't really care to work there. He spoke to me very demeaningly. Very disappointing since all of the other workers are so kind!
This is the closest Starbucks to my house, but after repeated poor experiences I am willing to drive further to the next one. Today I placed a mobile order in the app to pick up in the drive-through, I spent 25 minutes in the drive-through and 10 of those minutes were spent sitting at the window, waiting for the rest of my order to be completed when they had ample time to complete the order before I got there.
