The Pike coffee is extremely cold at this point it should be a ice coffee.

One of the workers went out of there way to allow us to pick up our order the next day because we were unable to which was so amazing! But when I arrived to pick up the a worker was extremely rude to me as soon as I walked in. He spoke to me as if I was stupid and didn't really care to work there. He spoke to me very demeaningly. Very disappointing since all of the other workers are so kind!

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, but after repeated poor experiences I am willing to drive further to the next one. Today I placed a mobile order in the app to pick up in the drive-through, I spent 25 minutes in the drive-through and 10 of those minutes were spent sitting at the window, waiting for the rest of my order to be completed when they had ample time to complete the order before I got there. Both of my frozen drinks were melted, and my food was cold apart from the two items that they somehow lost and had to remake while I was sitting at the window. Luckily, I didn’t have anywhere to be, but I felt horrible for the people waiting in line behind me. This location is typically slow, but today was the worst by far.

The Florida Piper

They don’t put anything out for you to doctor your coffee. No milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon, stir sticks. I left after paying for a drink and couldn’t doctor it, so was unhappy with my purchase and experience.

Always delicious, my coffee is always just right, they have the best grilled cheese (taste diff at other location) staff is always friendly. Only thing is I wish they would let me choose the tip option, sometimes the barista assumes ‘no tip’ I’m sure they mean no harm! let me pay you for your amazing

It feels like a typical Starbucks, but I think there should be better use of this space to accommodate more inside sitting. Fantastic food and beverages, and a well-stocked store are guaranteed.

Verrrrry slow and disorganized. Took 20 minutes to get 4 teas with milk because they kept prioritizing mobile orders (which weren’t available in my app). Be prepared to wait a long time.
