Received emails today from Smokey Bones, promoting their today only, BOGO Brisket Platter. Arrived at 5:45 and ordered two Brisket Platters, and was forwarned they were running out. After 45 minutes our platters arrived. Not 4 neartly slices neatly arranged on the plate, rather a huge piece of fat, no meat attached, two small slices and chunks , like Fresh Cuts dog food. I have order brisket there several times and NEVER has it looked like that. Obviously we sent the platters back and asked for a replacement, however were told that was the end of it, they were trying to stretch it out, and we could wait an additional 45 when the next brisket will be ready to be served. That was unacceptable. We each switched to a burger which was mediocre at best. There was no price adjustment. The burgers ending up costing 50% more that the two Brisket Platters. While there,we saw 4 tables leave after being told there was currently no brisket, and numerous other tables ( including two on each side of us) that ordered a substitute meal. What a gimmick, advertise a delicious brisket meal , don't have any cooked, and have patrons end up paying 50% more for a burger. What a great way to shaft your customers. I could understand if this occurred around closing time, but not 5:45. All I know is we won't be returning, and advise you to dine elsewhere. I guarantee you'll get better food and service than Smokey Bones in Wellington by doing so.

The ribs are fantastic. Riley our waitress was very nice and upbeat. First time I have been here in years and really enjoyed it.

From the hostess to the server, Erin, and kitchen staff - the food, atmosphere was excellent. We haven't been here since before covid. Thank you Erin, we have another great place to eat.

Just moved to the area a few months ago and Gabby is the best ! she's so down to earth and makes you feel at home. Probably wouldn't go there is she wasn't working.

I've ordered from them several times before and every time something is missing or wrong. My girlfriend and myself like some of the sauces so we keep trying like an on/off relationship. Hoping if we show up to the store next time it will be better.Common issues that keep popping up: almost no sauce, missing sauce cup(both from celery order and with wings), and almost no sauce in cups when you do get them.Almost never arrives outside of room temperature, we have ordered through Uber eats, Postmates and through their own website (Door Dash).

We had an ongoing tradition to eat out at the Smokey Bones on Forest Hill and buy a tree for Christmas nearby. We always previously had nice experiences - but this weekend - UGGHHH! The service seemed extremely inexperienced! We waited 15 mins. to get our beers which we ordered initially (and had to remind the passing by waiter about them). We ordered the fried pickles appetizer - usually good - this time the waiter forgot to give them to us (again, we had to prompt him), and what we got was a mess. Overly crispy and lumped together and horribly salty; and they came after the main entree items. The whole service atmosphere seemed totally inexperienced. We waited to get our check for even longer than our beers! The place wasn't even crowded, so it wasn't that. The wait staff just wasn't 'on the ball'. This is not to mention the sky-rocketed prices on the menu ($9.98 for fried pickles appetizer?) and the waiter who dropped a tray of plates and glasses in the next row. What an uncomfortably ruined tradition this year. Needless to say our Christmas tradition next year will be at a different restaurant. New owners or what?

The floor was sticky! The service was bad. Had to ask for appetizer plates. Server kept disappearing. My friend had to go to bar to get his drink. My husbands ice tea refill never showed up. The food was barely ok. Gross experience.

This place is a ghost kitchen and if you have an issue with your order there is no one you can speak to. I placed a delivery order, I was charged and the food never delivered. I had to dispute with my bank. This place sucks...

The cinnamon candy apple sauce was insane, and not in a good way. Someone should taste that. The queso was spoiled. The pretzels and boneless wings themselves were fine.

This Wing Experience was terrible. First off they forgot my blue cheese that I ordered with my celery. I called and they said that since I ordered it thru Uber eats they can't issue a refund but will put a note to give me free celery and blue cheese for next time. That was fine but the celery that came tasted like it was washed it with some kind of cleaning chemical. It was disgusting. The wings were just as bad. I order hot wings not medium but hot and. The wings that were sent to me did not taste hot at all but sweet. I was so disappointed it's like they didn't even try. Stay away from this place unless you want to be disappointed, go somewhere else if you want quality wings.

My friends and I eat here often. Usually no issues. This past time, we came to splurge. We spent $42 on the beef rib and it was 80% fat and inedible. I specifically asked the server before ordering if it was fatty and he said no. We also bought the bone fire grill for 2. The ribs and wings were dry and hard. I would even go as far as saying it was stale food we were served by how dried up the meat was. There was nothing to eat on it. They even included a wing tip as a wing! A wing tip!! Totally disappointed. We complained to the server but he was a young boy who couldn't care less. We can forgive having to wait 20 mins for drinks and an hour for food. But, we can't forgive the bad food and lack of concern on the server's part. Fortunately, there are plenty other restaurants surrounding the mall we can go to instead.
