Best bowls and burritos in Florida. Too bad the customer service has gone down. No more welcoming energy, just dead eyed employees who can’t even say hello. Just overall discouraging for first time customers (brought family and friends on two separate occasions).

Delicious! I had a spicy tuna burrito & I'm pretty sure I could eat it every day! The ingredients were super fresh & the presentation was very pretty too! Service was also really fast! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
Best restaurant in the Krates! Any time I spot by the Grove I cannot resist getting Ato. The food is always, fresh and fast. I love the kiosks for ordering and building my own bowl. Their signature creations are awesome as well. A must try and don’t skip the teriyaki mushrooms! They enhance every bite. ?

I got a ahi spicy tuna bowl. The tuna is like a paste, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s not actually blue fin tuna and it’s from a can. For a $16 tuna bowl I expect chunks of meat not something that resembles canned tuna! The shittake mushrooms are great, the meal was good but the meat, the focus of a tuna bowl, was a huge let down!

So glad we went back so many options at KRATE but Atl had a great veggie option! Buddha burrito! Love the ginger dressing! Tastes like a huge veggie sushi, filling and fresh. Service is fast, just order and pay at counter and food comes out to you.

Unfortunately the worst experience. The cashier was super rude, unfriendly and unpleasant. My 2 year old baby grabbed a decorative pumpkin that he was playing with in the store and he came running from the kitchen, super rude saying: I NEED THE PUMPKIN! No smiles, no care, he didn't think anything about the customer service and he didn't think it was a baby just playing. She wasn't going to break it or steal it.After that I received my SUPER SPICY Hawaiian Bowl! There was no way it would be possible to eat it! I used to enjoy that place, but it was a bad experience.
