The gentleman at the counter was extremely inviting and friendly, discussing our options with us since we aren't from around here. I haven't had a nice tender lamb shank in a long time, so I went with that. Absolutely zero regrets. It was tender and fell off the bone with barely any effort. We had a very nice halal lunch of Chicken Schwarma, hummus, and salad. All done with an Egyptian flair. It was especially nice to sit outside eating this home cooked meal.
