Second time i order breakfast, first is burnt second is not even heated properly. Asked for only one pump vanilla got the latte so sweet. No one is ever nice out

let’s begin with my order. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and a pump of sweetener, two bagel bites and an egg sausage cheese sandwich. When I got my drink, the matcha wasn’t even mixed properly. there were bits and pieces of the powder all over. I took the first sip and was disgusted. I then pointed out and they said it was because they didn’t have a mixer for it.. and she asked if i had ever had it before. I then stated that I did and she said that i should know the “struggle”. When clearly it’s doable, since at other dunkin’ donuts I have received my drink perfectly with no matcha powder leftover in the drink. So it was just a call of laziness. What got me writing this review was the young lady with black hair and dreads saying “matcha doesn’t mix with oat milk. next time don’t order it with oat milk” with attitude. If that was the case, why has every other starbucks and dunkin manage to do it with oat milk? She clearly doesn’t understand the process of it so why make it. Worst experience ever. do not go to this dunkin!! they have bad attitude and don’t care for their customers. even my bagel bites were cold and my sandwich that i wasn’t even able to eat it. 14 dollars wasted. they definitely need a new staff and management.

Worst customer service I've ever received from a dunkin. Will definitely drive the extra mile to Starbucks next time. Manager must be friends with the owner because she doesn't deserve her job.

Will never step inside another DD. The last 6 times I've been they have been out of what I wanted. Just know they throw out all of the donuts 30-45 min before they close so the employees can clean and leave the minute they close. They also never have decaf coffee.

They started new hours this week. They close at 9:00 instead of 10:00. But their app still except orders. Now I'm screwed on waiting for customer service tomorrow morning issue me a refund and have to wait 7 days for it to hit my account. Although the sign they have posted on the door still says 10 as well.

Consistently out of stock of essentials (decaf, skim milk, espresso) before 10am. The app does not update accordingly and will not let you cancel when you arrive. The store cannot refund in app purchases, you have to go through customer service which is a hassle.

They had two out of the six items we ordered through the mobile app and then refused to refund us for what they did not give us. Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ON MOBILE, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU WHEN THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING!!

My wife placed a mobile order because she wanted Pumpkin Spice coffee and some food (which btw the order doesn’t tell you when it’s going to be ready). We arrive to this location only to find that they don’t have ANY of the items she ordered. First of all, why even allow orders for items that are not in stock? Then I ask for a refund in the items I didn’t receive to which they said “you can do it in the app”… when I looked at the app it literally says to speak to a crew member. So then I get the manager who then gives me a run around about how the store has no control over the app blah blah blah. So we leave and contact their customers support online and even then we were given a run around about how we need to fill out some form online to get our money since we want a refund vs a credit. Absolutely insane how incompetent this organization is. We were reminded why we ONLY go to Starbucks. The only reason we tried is because we wanted to get Pumpkin stuff. Stay away from DD. It’s not worth it.
