Manager was yelling at employees, they had half the donuts in stock, and they must have been out of bacon bits for my avacado toast, so just gave me 1 1/2 slices of bacon.

First and foremost, the customer service there is amazing. I was helped out by a beautiful you lady named Kat, she was very professional and polite. I ordered a bagel with cc and an iced coffee and was very pleased on how fast I received said order. Will absolutely be going there again and hopefully getting help by the same amazing young lady.

I stop by this dunkin about 3 days a week on my way to work. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. THEY get the order wrong every single time! I go through the drive through because the inside always takes WAY too long…Today after ordering some bagels with butter and CC on the side & and iced coffee, I opened bag with no CC. My mother went inside to grab some CC only to be yelled at by someone in the front counter stating that they couldn’t understand her! Someone behind my mother stated to the employee, how can you not understand that she’s asking for Cream Cheese… anyway…After driving away, realized I never even got my iced coffee. I know it’s partially my fault, but how can you not give someone their full order!Will not be going here anymore, this isn’t even my first bad experience with this store. Very disappointing

This location is severely understaffed and consistently out of items you need to run a dunkin. How are you out of iced coffee and 99% of your donuts all the time. Every time i come after work these poor kids are running around, why are there not more people working?

I have had so many issues with this location. Finally writing a review as I like to give locations a few chances. We all have bad days right?They don’t greet you at the drive thru and just make you wait at least 1-2 minutes before saying anything. Seems like they like to clear the car in front of you completely before they take your order. Today I tried to order donuts and some banana bread. To which they literally didn’t have anything I wanted to order, then when I get the window after ordering they told me the things I was able to order they didn’t have. No frosted chocolate, no strawberry frosted, no banana bread. Get it together. Sincerely a pregnant hungry mamma. So glad I wasted 10 minutes in your drive thru for nothing.

I come here a few times a month because it’s right before you get on the interstate. It needs to be shut down if at the very least to retrain staff. It takes at least 10 minutes to get through the drive thru no matter how many cars are in line. It’s like they can only take 1 car at a time. I’ve never not had an issue when I come here. I’m not sure why I keep going honestly.

EVERY single employee had airpods in, I had to repeat my self several times to the girl at the register, after the 2nd time repeating myself she removed one of her airpods to hear (imagine that!!) What happened to good work ethic. The gentleman at the pick up window also had airpods on and couldnt hear me asking for napkins (the holder was empty) I just walked out. Not even worth my frustration, I will keep driving next time.

The lady took my cash payment wearing gloves. Counted out my change back. Never changed gloves, and went and handled the food. Seems like a health department inspection could be helpful.

Why does it always happen that the service here is sooooo slow in the morning? Not as in too many people,, but as in you just sit there for a long time. Please fix this as your location is ideal for grabbing coffee before leaving to work but one canNOT spend 35min. to get through most of the time for one.

I’m not sure what her name is, but she is always at the drive-thru window when I go. Long hair young white female. She is always SO rude. I’ve worked in customer service my entire teenage to adult life and have never met someone so cold and with such an attitude. I never leave negative google reviews because I know they are important to a business, but so is the quality of your staff. Every time I say “thank you so much, have a great day!” She just looks at me and shuts the window in my face. I always tip, never have a complicated order. I just don’t understand. Do better Dunkin’ or pay your employees a reasonable wage in order to hire quality employees.

I went in this place at 6:40 pm. Waited for over five minutes because two employees were having conversation in the back even though they knew I was in the lobby. I tried to order a coffee that was free with a purchase. There was absolutely nothing else to purchase because they had “sold out “. I know this for a fact to not be true. They obviously threw them away because a friend was in there, not even 20 minutes prior to and they had a whole rack of donuts. So I tried to order hash browns. She said, very rudely, “we close in eight minutes, the ovens are shut off.” I did nothing to deserve this behavior, and I will never be back. This place desperately needs to be shut down. When I worked here in high school, I would’ve never dreamed of treating a single customer like this. Especially a polite one. What has happened to customer service? SO disappointing.

Only been going to this location for a short while but staff is always pleasant. Store is split with gas station which is handy if you need anything else. Store is always clean. An drive thru is pretty fast. Love the Sweet tea with 4 pumps of liquid cane sugar ???

Not like it used to be when they actually made it fresh in the restaurant. Everything produced and shipped out taste artificial. I haven't been to a Dunkin' donut in years I wonder
