This location is severely understaffed and consistently out of items you need to run a dunkin. How are you out of iced coffee and 99% of your donuts all the time. Every time i come after work these poor kids are running around, why are there not more people working?

I have had so many issues with this location. Finally writing a review as I like to give locations a few chances. We all have bad days right?They don’t greet you at the drive thru and just make you wait at least 1-2 minutes before saying anything. Seems like they like to clear the car in front of you completely before they take your order. Today I tried to order donuts and some banana bread. I come here a few times a month because it’s right before you get on the interstate. It needs to be shut down if at the very least to retrain staff. It takes at least 10 minutes to get through the drive thru no matter how many cars are in line. It’s like they can only take 1 car at a time. I’ve never not had an issue when I come here. I’m not sure why I keep going honestly.
