The female white girl overweight black hair didn't wear any gloves and scratching her head with the coffee lids disgusting and she refuses to serve food after 5 PM this is ridiculous besides the fact that they all have a nasty attitude this is just becoming All around disgusting they keep the establishment in the poorest conditions I've ever seen.

Ordered two drinks one was made incorrectly. After taking it back the woman in the window had a attitude. The new drink was only the old drink poured out and refilled with coffee instead of remaking it

After waiting in the drive through ( we were the only car) they finally offered to take the order . I made an online order they told us to pull around . Sat at the window for a while before they ever opened the window and informed us they have no ice . I'm sorry why didn't they inform us of this issue when we first pulled up to the drive through . So after waiting 15 min from the time we pulled up to the speaker we were still no able to get a iced coffee .

I wouldn’t bother coming to this location because they are ALWAYS out of something. The last 5 times i have gone they are either out of a certain coffee flavor or food. Over the last week, they have been out of french vanilla, carmel, croissants, and today they didn’t even have eggs. I understand if every once in a while you run out of something, but it is something different every time. You are better off going to the Dunkin’ that is a few minutes down the road if you want to get what you went there for.

Alyssa is unprofessional , rude and spiritless . Coffee wasn’t good at all very bitter regardless of the sugar and creamer that was supposedly added. Donut was good but I’d still recommend you go up the street or on 54 .

Tried to grab a bagel on the way to work just now and this is what I was given. There's no way someone just didn't see that half the bagel is completely charred and inedible. So much for having quick breakfast before a 12 hour shift.
Saturday 2/3, 6:56pm lights off at drive thru answer how can I help, as for dozen donuts. Told we have no donuts. I ask if this is dunking donuts response no this is Dunkin. Kids costing the franchise money.

Worst ever! Barely had donuts and the staff was so rude. My chai latte was served cold and slammed it on the table. The ambiance is so heavy. Nobody is smiling at all. The donuts were hard as a rock. Extremely disappointed.
