After waiting in the drive through ( we were the only car) they finally offered to take the order . I made an online order they told us to pull around . Sat at the window for a while before they ever opened the window and informed us they have no ice . I'm sorry why didn't they inform us of this issue when we first pulled up to the drive through . So after waiting 15 min from the time we pulled up to the speaker we were still no able to get a iced coffee .
