Me and the family go to outback in Wesley Chapel quite a bit today I wanted to order some doordash and I was very disappointed . To start off with I asked for my steak to be pink and it was overcooked which makes the steak really chewy I also was very shocked at the salad it might have had three or four pieces of cheese in there the croutons were kind of still from being put inside with the salad which makes them wet it looks like the restaurants would put croutons in a small bag to be added to the salad. Don't get me wrong this will not stop me from going inside of outback but I definitely will not be ordering no more doordash orders sometimes it seems like the companies don't really care about the doordash because they don't have to be accountable for the food when it's deliveredFeatures: Mask is not required

After we arrived we were not recieved in an acceptable time at our table. Once we brought it to there attention they entire staff was on top of making our experience wonderful. We did not ask for freebies and I can not Express being in the food business they worked as a team should and made it happen. Great job

We have never had an issue with this location in Wesley Chapel until recently. Went to lunch on 4/23 at around 1:30. Not busy at all. Seated in the bar area after requesting a booth. Waited for the bartender/server to offer service, and waited and waited and waited. After sitting for almost 15 minutes with not even an acknowledgement that we were there, we got up and left. The hostess at the door said she would let the manager know, but I seriously doubt that happened.This was actually the last Outback in the area I would patronize as I have had equally bad experiences at most of the others in the area. I guess Outback is done for us. There are plenty of other restaurants that want my business.

Just had dinner there with my mom and stepdad and everything was wonderful! The server was still new but nailed it the whole way through, so shout out to Jason you really have a style that suits you well sir! And also another shout out to front of house manager InoLi because not only did she check on us during our visit, she also held the door open for me on the way out which I tried to argue against, it but in the end she was very convincing! So thank you very much ma'am for helping me feel like a King ?! ;)
