The pizza is below average. The sauce is acidic. The cheese extra greasy. an unfoldable slice is unacceptable. Price of 2 slices and 2 regular drinks 17.58 Blasphemy.

I would compare this pizza to Chucky Cheese, a bowling alley, a concession stand, or carnival. Not worth the money.

Not fresh pizza. Doesn’t really taste good and the staff is rude. Also why fish on a menu? Who goes into a pizza place to get fish tacos?

very disappointed in this place. came in tonight with some friends, about 30 minutes before close. the employee was nice at first, but then her and her friend (not sure if the other girl worked there as well) starting being extremely rude and made comments to each other very loudly about us needing to leave so that they could clean the tables. not coming back here after being treated poorly. we spent our money here and should not have to leave before they closed. we would have left before 9 but this just made us super uncomfortable so we got up immediately. this occurred on November 8th at 8:30pm.

Wasn't a fan. Was not greeted walking in, instead my son and I were met with a disgruntled employee in the back dropping f-bombs which led to her stating she was quitting as she left. The remaining employee took our order which was 1 slice of pizza, which I paid $6 for.She grabbed the entire pizza tray, walked behind the counter in the back to conceal the fact that she grabbed the slice with her bare hands.. to throw it in the oven. I wouldn't typically be bothered by this but the concealment made me feel there was something to hide, hygiene wise.. I would have just left if I didn't already pay. I won't be back though.

Expected more based on reviews for my first drop in visit. The pizza was decent, but skimpy in size for a $6 slice imo. I was the only one there at the time close to noon.

Im pretty picky about my pizza although ill eat whatever but generally dont give places thumbs up on it given im from NY and come from very Italian family i have to say this is some good pizza, if im passing through i will 100% stop by and get some. The guy and girl running it were polite and friendly they are definitely doing a good job.

Whoever decided to go pizza needs to be fired. Pizza is days old reheated bland rubber. The value isn’t there. I’m upset I spent that much on food that would have been tastier and more plentiful at a little league game. The lady behind the counter was nice, but I don’t recommend.

Last weekend was the first time we tried their pizza. First, they are charging 5 dollars a slice. That's ridiculously expensive for 1 slice when most pizzerias sell you 2 slices for 5 dollar lunch special. My wife and I ordered 2 slices each so 20 dollars and the slices are very small. As far as the taste, it definitely was reheated slices that's been sitting all morning and just average at best. Crust tasted old. I have heard good things about this place. I always give places a second try, will try to order something else. But the pizza is not good and extremely expensive. For much better pizza, walk a little further to 900 pizza and get a whole 18 inch fresh pie for less than what I paid for 4 tiny reheated stale slices.

This has to be one of the biggest let downs I've ever had. The price is not worth it for the quality of the food given. Also doesn't help the fact that the reviews for the establishment, are the old reviews for the Fry Room that is no longer there. $6 a pizza slice that tasted like it came straight from chuck e cheese. 8.99 for a full size of fries with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Pizza is precooked so you don't really get that "fresh" pizza flavor and feeling, for $6 a slice you think you'd want something that's at least enjoyable. I could get a full pie that's actually enjoyable from Mellow Mushroom just 15 minutes down the street for the same price as 3 slices from here. I am disappointed, as I do usually come to the Krates quite often to try out the new establishments that come and go. Really sad that they replaced the Fry Room with something so disappointing, and to be honest, disgusting.

This is the first time I could give less stars than what's allowed.Ordered three slices and Jersey fries.First off the fries I got tasted like the checker fries you buy at Walmart. There was nothing jersey style on.The pizza was greasy and at 6.00 bucks a slice should be a lot better.I told the person taking my order if they could speak up, cause I could not hear them, since the music was so loud. When I got my order went outside there were only two slices, cause he didn't even put it on the receipt that we even ordered it.Not worth it will not be returning.
