“As a California transplant who currently stays in Kansas City, it was wonderful to visit my partner and find a Del Taco in the area.It was like having a little bit of home away from home. The food was spectacular, including the cheese quesadilla- which had the perfect amount of cheese. The employees that waited on us were nothing short of engaging, helpful, and prompt.This is now my new Del Taco whenever I am in the Tampa Bay area.“

“My daughter, my husband and I went here for an early dinner this past Sunday. My husband brought home some funnel cakes from there once that were absolutely amazing, but this was my first time getting to go in person. I have to say it is a great concept! Some people wait all year for the fair to come to town so they can get their hands on funnel cakes, and giant turkey legs. The idea that you don't have to wait, you can just get them whenever, pretty much embodies the spirit of 2020s, doesn't it?Unfortunately we didn't order anything that you can only get at the fair on this visit. It's not that it wouldn't have been delicious, it's just that nothing jumped out at us. I got a large order of their crispy waffle fries smothered in bacon crumbles and cheese sauce. My husband got a cheese burger, and my daughter chose the two corn dogs with fries. Everything was cooked well, tasted good, and hit the spot.The employees were all fresh faced in their late teens maybe early twenties kids just starting out in the work force. These minimum wage jobs are perfect for kids who are learning what it means to work hard and make extra money. It's not easy working in the service industry, when you get to be in your thirties and forties it can be pure hell. It's nice to see young people behind the counter, they're having a good time working together, building friendships, and customer service skills that will help them out a lot in the long run. They did a great job serving us. The young man that took our order did mistake our "To Go" for "Eat Here", we weren't in a hurry. He was very nice, and didn't mess up our food order, and that's what really matters. We got our drinks, and condiments, and took our seats in a booth. It wasn't long before a different young man brought our food right to our table.The ambiance of the restaurant was pretty blah, don't get me wrong, there was nothing overtly wrong with it. It was not dirty, or messy or anything like that. The kids take excellent care of the place. It's just that the building is an old Burger King, and you can tell that even if you haven't lived here as long as me. It looks like an old Burger King, the tile outside is that old brown tile, the building has the same style, just a new paint job. They had an opportunity to do so much interior design; with the fair angle, they could've had so much fun with it and made it very appealing. Instead it just felt like something they put together overnight following Burger King's old template. It was a very uninspired design for such an inspired idea, you know?Don't let my harsh judgement of the atmosphere turn you off from eating their food. They make a mean funnel cake, and great smothered crispy waffle fries. Everything we've eaten there, we enjoyed. The service is great, they take good care of their customers, and have good morale. The kids that work there seem to like each other, and that makes the service they provide so much better. Since it's an old Burger King you can see most of the kitchen from the counter, you can see that it's kept in good working order. The dining room is tidy, tables wiped down, floor clean, and condiments well stocked.Overall those kids do a great job, and serve good food. If you're in the mood for some fair food without the upset tummy from the rides.“

“The atmosphere is the beach and it's great. The people working were very good at getting the food to the table. The food was classic cafe fare great fried fish, onion rings and fries are favorites, but they also have a wide and varied menu. A great place to eat and enjoy the Gulf.“

“If you want amazing authentic tacos…come here! The food was amazing. It was also the cheapest most delicious lunch we’ve had our entire trip. I couldn’t believe that my family of 4 spent $11 for lunch. The tacos are small so order more. We ended up ordering twice. The service was also amazing and fast. It was just SO good!!!“

“Not the best I have had, but pretty darn good, all the same. We bought around 150 bucks worth of empenadas, tequenos and pastellitos, and all were pretty good. I found the salsa picante to be kind of salty, as well as the tequeno dough. We all really liked the chicken, ground beef, shredded beef, and jamon y queso. I do not recommend the dogfish empenadas. Their green sauce is just like homemade.“

“Great burgers the old style way. Juicy, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The fries are in my top 5. I would suggest just getting a medium fry, they fill your bag with fries as well. The price is a little on the high side. My girlfriend and I both had cheese burgers 2 medium drinks and a large fry to share and the total was 34$. It's worth it though. “This store may look a little run down on the outside but the ladies who were working here were so nice and friendly and the customer service was really good. Maybe not how I used to remember steak and shake but they’ve adapted to the times and the food is very very good.“

“I was jonesing for a Peanut Buster Parfait, so I pulled into this Dairy Queen with eager anticipation. When I walked in the door, I was hit by a wave of nostalgia. I used to go to Dairy Queen all the time when I was a youngun, and just reading the menu took me back... Mr Misty was my go-to treat as a kid. Who could resist a slushy with lots of flavor syrup as they make them? Not this kid! Then, when I grew older and Blizzards were created, I became addicted to them in college and visited The Queen often for an M&M Blizzard with chocolate ice cream ?. Always, though, Peanut Buster Parfait (PBP) made with butterscotch sauce was an option that popped up now and then to end up in my hand instead of Mr. Misty or PBP, but because I didn't like hot fudge as a kid, I always replaced it with butterscotch.Now, here I was staring at a menu from my childhood mixed with the future (ok, technically the present, but my childhood me would have thought it was the future) and I realized I now had a dilemma on my hands regarding what I wanted to order. Peanut Buster Parfait? Blizzard (so many delicious flavor options!)? Mr Misty? My brain was overloaded with joy.WAIT! I came here for a PBP made with butterscotch, loaded with salty peanuts in ice cream, my FAVORITE treat, by golly, that's what I was gonna get.I ordered it and was told they no longer carry butterscotch SAUCE (writing this now, I vaguely remember when they discontinued their butterscotch sauce. Ugh), but instead, their butterscotch is only the hard dip butterscotch, from when you dip your cone. So, I did as the employees suggested and got caramel. Then I asked for a dip of butterscotch on top at the end. It was pure heaven because they gave me an extra thick dip that dropped down and formed a thick ring of solid butterscotch around the top of the ice cream, on top of the last layer of caramel and peanuts that I had to chop through to get to the layers below. Eating that PBP was an experience, and well worth the millions of calories I took in doing so. Next time, though, I'm gonna have to get a Blizzard, because Dairy Queen is where I perfected the M&M with peanut butter sauce Blizzard, so I could pass it on to Sweet Berries. They are the original Blizzard/Concrete“

“I got the Cajun chicken and OMG, probably the best sub I've ever had. I know all prices have gone up, and there's no such thing as a $5 footlong, but loaded with meat, so worth the price. My wife picked it up easily, and she said in and out.“

“I have been visiting this location for over a year at least twice a week (usually in the evening) and the one on SR.70 Bradenton. I get my usual a concrete mixer with vanilla and peanut butter cups ( I've earned the name peanut butter lady. Haha( what an honor) the evening crew honestly is the most amazing crew to be welcomed by when they hear my voice on the intercom. While I think iam special and with my own name given I've observed that this crew has given all the customers amazing service. If you want good food and amazing service and may even get a name of your please try the location on Sr.64. Or Sr.70.Iam not sure who owns these 2 stores but you are hiring a good group. “Stopped at Zaxby's for a quick bit. Pleasantly surprised by how clean and well designed the interior of the restaurant was. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Tried their new Asian Zalad and it was really good. Not sure if it's a limited time offer so it may go away The sauce that put on it was really sweet and delicious. Overall a great fast food experience and I know they are known for their chicken tenders, wings and sandwiches but try the salad if you want an alternative to their traditional menu items. Bonus: they have funnel cakes now so if you're a fan of that it's worth a try.“

“Let me start off by saying that Chris is amazing! He was the ONLY one working tonight where he worked from open to close. Yet at 8 pm, he still had a smile on his face and that store was spotless. Chris was friendly, welcoming and overall, so kind. He also said he has to do it all over again for the next three days. Chris, thank you for making the best subs we have had at subway in forever. Just like we said, even a smile makes the food better. Thank you for making our night shine a bit brighter. Much success and love to you my friend. Big things are going to happen for you. :)“

“We always hesitate to stop and get fast food, because you never know if it will be hot! We have stopped at this BK, after Drs appointments in Bradenton. Both times the food was hot and prepared correctly. We went thru the drive thru both times and today used the app. We have been served both time by the same gentlemen at approx 2:45 (I’m the passenger and can’t see his name tag). He’s efficient and very friendly. We’ll return.“

“Family run , very friendly service! The restaurant is right beside a gas station, but the atmosphere tucked in there is very nice. They offer a wide selection of delicious favorites here , we got a little of everything and it was all very tasty!“
