We were on our way from Orlando to Port St. Lucie, Florida and this Melbourne location was on the way, so we decided to carry out. We have eaten at other Culver’s dozens of times all over the country and are always highly satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, this experience was awful.I waited 20 minutes to get two ButterBurger value baskets. As we drove away down the interstate, we discovered that the hamburger patties were room temperature through and through, the cheese was not melted, the fries were cold, a fork was not included for the side garden salad, the hamburger buns were cold, as if they had been sitting on a cooler, and there were no napkins (the buns and napkins are a minor issue, but are indicative of the overall negligence).I called the store and spoke to the manager. She told me there was nothing she could do unless I drove back there and got another order. We were on our way to an event (which is why we did carry out) and did not have time to do this. Since this store is an hour and a half from our house and we don’t frequent this area, it is completely impractical to go back to that location for a replacement.My question is this, why can’t Culver’s corporate take care of this issue? It shouldn’t matter where I am geographically. They are a nationwide company and should take responsibility for their franchise owners when they mess up. I have contacted corporate and awaiting their response.

Best fast food. And the people. Behind the counter have smiling faces and no chip on their shoulder. Very unusual for solo fast food. Also love the fact that they haven't shoved a flat screen in front of me. Thank you, Culvers.

never disappoints great selection of tasty food Culver's is my number one spot for burgers
Their food is really good but their service is horrible if you get take out. I got take out and waited over 20 min when I got there before the time is said my order would be ready. Then I tried them again today and waiting 15 min past my pick up time again. Went inside and my food was sitting on the counter while a car that pulled up 10 min after us got their food first and it was a large order. We only had 4 burgers.
