Newer franchise with friendly staff. Food not hot. Asked for off the broiler and got a microwaved whopper. Brought it back instead for an exchange & waited 10 min for an off the broiler. Wont be going back.

I can’t believe they asked me to pull over and wait in the parking lot for over 15 minutes for one Hamburger! What happened to the “fast food” term?

My kids prefer Wendy’s, but I had to get to I95 and this was the only fast food on the way. My sons loved it and I did too.Reasons:1) Beautiful modern interior with lots of space (50 people can easily sit)2) Reasonable prices. Kids 4 pc nugget meal was $4.273)good taste, I mean my kids ate something new which they normally don’t.4) great location next to Wawa so it’s good to get gas and food done in one stop.5) Sparkling clean, even the bathrooms.6) Coca Cola freestyle machine and napkins in the lobby.My only suggestion would be to add Koala Kare baby changing table in the bathroom, but it’s not a huge deal.Pleasantly surprised, I will add this to my rotation.

This location is by far the worst location ever. Been there a couple of times and the customer service was by far the worst I've ever experienced. The first time I went there I got a milk shake and only half of the cup was full. When I asked the employee if he could please at least fill up the cup he said he wouldn't because then the restaurant would be loosing money. And told me this with an attitude, like I owed him all the money in the world. I went there tonight by the drive through, waited about ten minutes and never got helped. When I drove around to go home I saw an employee just standing there doing absolutely nothing. And this was at 9:15 at night when there were only two cars in line waiting to be helped. As I said before, by far the worst location ever with the worst customer service. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. You're better off going hungry. I would give it no stars if I could. Because giving them one star in actually giving them a complement.
